Live Event Production

Professional event production involves the process of an event manager connecting every element of a production to execute an outstanding, unforgettable event within the time and budget provided, from beginning to end. It is no mean feat to pull together creativity and project management best practices to deliver a successful production. Our team thrives on doing just that.

What Goes into a Successful Event Production?

The proper execution of lighting, sound, design, and more to manage the emotions and atmosphere of the attendees. Founder and event producer Nick Peeples works with meeting planners and event managers to determine the concept of the event to effectively plan the audio visual components, budgets, and logistics.

Pre-Production to Load Out: Our Event Production Process

Pre-Production – Our event production process’s first step typically begins 3 months prior to the day of the event. In certain circumstances, it can even range down to less than a couple days. Our production team helps plan out the concept of your event, coordinate the videos, and develop the production schedule. Our team also works out the set design and branding for your event roughly two months prior to event day, keeping costs down and within your budget.

As a part of our pre-production process, we also coordinate with our clients on their presentations, collecting powerpoints and scripts. We understand there will always be changes last minute or additions to the event. We make sure to ask the right questions during the pre-production process and focus on eliminating any unknowns leading to your corporate or special event.

On-Site Production – The second step in the production process starts a couple days before your event. Our AV and production team arrives on-site to setup and install the audio visual systems for the event. We take the time to provide tech run throughs and client rehearsals so our clients understand what is involved in the set-up process. The event flow is built and finalized on-site.

Event Day – Our team arrives hours before the event begins to ensure everything is up to par before the doors open. Every member has an event flow and works collaboratively to ensure the success of your event throughout the day.

Load-Out – As the last step of the event production process, after a successful event, our audio visual technicians and production team breakdown the stage and all of the audio visual systems used during the event in a timely fashion.
